Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Officer – Human Resources to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for employees, helping with onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, HR records, and more. You will also support the HR team with data management, compliance, reporting, and digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help employees with HR processes like joining, exit, and benefits.

• Coordinate training and development programs.

• Support rewards and recognition initiatives.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.

• Work closely with the background verification and HR dashboard teams.

• Create HR reports and assist in decision-making through data analytics.

• Ensure legal and company policy compliance.

• Handle payroll for contract staff and issue employment letters.

• Help with job position creation and vendor coordination.

• Support remote HR operations and documentation.

• Lead knowledge transfer and training sessions.

• Assist with HR automation and digital transformation projects.

Who Can Apply:

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational company.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
